On the day of your appointment at the integrated health institute, it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our reception staff will greet you and finalise the necessary paperwork and settling of accounts on arrival. Please bring the following with you;

• Medicare Card, Pension Card or other concession cards such as Veterans' Affairs Entitlement Card and Health fund details
• Health Fund and Payment options
• Past Medical History from your GP
• All current Medications in original boxes that may need to be taken immediately following your surgery, such as insulin
• Radiology and Pathology Test results

We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, Bank Cheque, AMEX or Direct Deposit. Please be aware. We do not accept personal cheques.

Before leaving, all outstanding accounts must be settled, and our team will go through this with you.

The integrated health institute is located at the Mezzanine of 580 George Street, Sydney, 2000. In the heart of Sydney CBD. Our building is located on the corner of George Street and Bathurst Street in Sydney. Our centre is connected directly to the train network, bus routes and light rail services, making this an extremely convenient location.

Train: Town Hall Station is the closest station, with a 1-minute walk to the Integrated Health Insitute.

Lightrail: Town Hall Light Rail is the closest station, with a 1-minute walk to the Integrated Health Insitute.

Bus: Elizabeth St and Castlereagh St routes are closest, with a 5-minute walk to the Integrated Health Insitute.

Carpark: There are several private car parking facilities close to the Integrated Health Insitute; fees apply.

Off-Street Parking: There are limited off-street, ticketed car parking spots.
